JSW MG Motor India has launched the 2026 MG Hector Tomahawk EV at an introductory price of ₹19.49 lakh (ex-showroom), bringing a powerful new three-row electric SUV to the Indian market. The EV is available in both five-seat and seven-seat configurations.

The biggest highlight is its 69.2kWh battery pack, which delivers a claimed 517km MIDC range. The SUV’s electric motor produces up to 204hp and 310Nm of torque, with a claimed 0-100kmph time of 8.2 seconds.

But here’s the truly exciting feature: the Hector Tomahawk EV supports Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) technology, allowing the battery to supply power to a compatible home during an outage. It also gets Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), enabling users to power compatible external appliances and devices.

Under MG’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) programme, the starting price is ₹13.99 lakh, although buyers pay a separate battery rental charge. Introductory prices apply to limited units.

The 2026 Hector Tomahawk EV is more than just a new electric SUV—it is a bold, future-focused machine that could change the way families think about electric mobility. From long-distance driving to powering compatible appliances and even supporting a home, MG is bringing a powerful new idea to India’s EV revolution.
